There are two configuration managers: win32 x64
Note on two configurations:
1. OpenCV path validation must be changed in the path of the system environment variable because OpenCV can be equipped with 64 and 86 directory before the path.
2. If it is the theme manager, if it was previously equipped with Win32, then if the project theme is finally changed to an X64 configuration, the environment configured in the theme manager must be reconfigured again in it.
