The description
PaperCut is useful and efficient software for managing, sharing and rationing printing capacity among users. This software is very useful for local networks where one or more printers are shared between different users. By using this program, you will have a complete monitoring of the paper usage process and the printing process of the users. You can easily view the number of pages printed and print user details. This program will easily provide you with the amount of paper used by a certain user, the number of prints he took in a certain period of time, and other statistical information.
In this program it is possible to apply various restrictions for network users. You can divide users into separate groups and set specific restrictions for each group. One of the cool features of this software is the ability to set automatic tasks for the users you want. For example, you want to reduce the quality of printed documents, automatically convert to black and white, and similar things to save on printer ink consumption. Be careful, you can apply these features in more than one person, especially for different groups or a few specific users. It is also possible to automatically add watermarks to printed documents. This is a very useful feature to increase document security. This software has been used in 50,000 different organizations and has produced useful results.
